What is the biggest reason for your success so far?: Persistence and Determination. Locating ignored markets and filling the need with the services I provide.

Were there any rocky times when you were starting the business?: Yes

What is working best for your marketing right now?: We utilize a marketing matrix mix comprised of 25 different strategies. Each week we evaluate what combination worked the previous week, we evaluate it, remix if need be, and implement a new mix for the upcoming week. There is no permanent magic bullet. It's a combination of strategies.

What is your biggest differentiator?: We are the first culturally diverse coworking space in the nation.

What is the toughest decision you've had to make in the last few months?: To slow down expansion.

What is your morning routine?: Early morning workout. In office by 8:00.

Where is the best place to eat in your city?: Hillstone for sushi. 
Barrio Cafe for Mexican food.
