Is this your first business?: Yes!! I've worked for 8 years in private banking, consultancy services on entrepreunership and endeavor.
What is the biggest reason for your success so far?: The community we built among Sinergia. The people that make it possible,
What were the earliest indications that you might have a good idea?: How many people came by to say " this is what I needed". The lack of a space, platform and community to encourage Uruguayans to develop and execute their ideas.
What is working best for your marketing right now?: Generating interesting and useful content for our community in order to provide them with tools and empower them.
What is your biggest differentiator?: Our community and the user design based on persons and not on companies.
What is the toughest decision you've had to make in the last few months?: Go on with an ambitious expansion.
If it was possible, what advice would you give yourself 10 years ago?: Dream Big, everything we want to be, we can, it just depends on us.
What is your morning routine?: Wake up, have a shower and come to Sinergia to start my day surrounded by the great people that works here.
Where is the best place to eat in your city?: "El Mingus" a nearby jazz bar owned by young people.

Favorite place to travel to?: Anywhere, travel always.
What business would you love for someone else to start?: Consumption collaboration ones. I truly believe in collaboration.

How did you finance your business?: Friends and family. We also had a public contribution of ANII, the national government agency of innovation and investigation to launch our incubator.
How long before you took a salary?: I have a salary because I am the only full time founder, still it is just a basic one.
Do you have any co-founders?: Yes! We are six, I am the only female, the other five are male, and help me on strategical alliances and searching for new business units.
What position did you hire first?: A Coordinator
Who is your ideal client?: People who want to change something, that believe in happiness as a way of travel and not a destination.
